Project management frameworks are not mutually exclusive, just because we are benefitting from PRINCE2 does not mean we cannot use agile thinking. PRINCE2 Agile^TM is designed for organisations that are already benefitting from PRINCE2 and want guidance on how to apply agile methods to it.

It is an extension module tailored for organisations and individuals already benefiting from PRINCE2. To be eligible for the examination, candidates must already be registered PRINCE2 practitioners.
